Reality versus Wishful-Thinking
Judging by the vast numbers of books,
magazine articles, courses, mechanical contraptions and videos
on the market, half the world seems to want the best of abdominal
exercises. Or so it seems. The other half is doing
it’s best to find an easy alternative to hard exercise via
diets, electronic gadgets, pills and potions.
Either way, it requires effort.
But no matter what extravagant claims are made there
are only two methods that actually work. As usual, the two
methods are diet and abdominal exercises as part of a fitness
program. So, it doesn’t matter whether your aim is
to look good or to get fit. Achieving a healthy, sleek look
will make you fitter. Likewise, becoming fitter will give
you a better and sleeker look.
Diet
Some commentators never seem to tire of pointing
out that a great set of abdominal muscles will be more or less
invisible if under a layer of fat. As a result, the key
thing is to make sure that you eat right to rid yourself of this
unwanted layer.

in particular. Sadly, losing body fat is indiscriminate.

exercise.

fists above head, hold for 5 seconds.
- Blast-Out again, lower arms, squeeze ABC & F.
- Repeat 10-20 times.
For a nice variation you might like to try the last
ten repetitions with your hands on hips pressing hard against
them on the Blast-out.
The beauty of the Blaster Ab-Squeeze
is not only that it is a tremendous workout for your mid-section,
but you can do it practically anywhere and every day, unless you
are ill.
